The first two weeks of programing are designed to handle the complexities of developing a new class of clients from Day 1. In the first two weeks, the program will focus more time on the warm-up and introduce movements such as the hip hinge, squat and plank.
Programing for special events such as “Murph”, “21 Heroes” and “12 Days of Christmas”. Also, strategies to involve the STRONG4LIFE community in the CF Open or other gym activities.
Each week of programming includes videos of exercises along with modifications for knee and shoulder limitations plus floor mobility options. You will also be able to ask for specific videos for other modifications that may arise with your clients such as wrist issues, pacemakers, chemotherapy and other surgeries/injuries.
